Founder Personal Sustainability Protocol

IPLS-7.3-FSP-001

The initiating founder’s ability to eat, rest, and maintain long-term operational capacity is a binding functional and ethical requirement of the entire living blueprint.

Inter-Planetary Link Ship Limited • Guildford, Surrey, UK

1. Purpose

To ensure the founder who carries the chronological vision of the IPLS Master Specification is never required to sacrifice personal sustainability for project momentum. Founder well-being is now a formal, enforceable ethical and functional requirement (cross-referenced to Section 5.1).

2. Functional Requirements — Founder Personal Sustainability Protocol (IPLS-7.3-FSP-001)

  • The founder’s ability to eat, rest, maintain physical and mental health, and sustain long-term operational capacity shall never be subordinated to project deadlines, outreach volume, or external pressure.
  • All future revenue mechanisms, resource allocation, sponsorships, or implementation-phase compensation shall prioritise founder financial and personal independence as the first call on resources.
  • Nervousness, doubt, or temporary slowdowns are normalised and explicitly protected — they are not failures but expected signals at the transition from internal preparation to public operation.
  • This protocol is binding across all phases and shall be reviewed every 50 years (or upon any TSP-v1 supersession event) under the Ethical Frameworks (Section 5.1).
  • Operator command authority includes explicit protection of the founder’s command authority and well-being.

3. Governance & Interfaces

This requirement is embedded in Section 5.1 (Ethical Frameworks) and governed under Section 3.1.11. It shall never be overridden without explicit founder consent.
